If you are from a member library and we have already added you as a contact in our management system (many library trustees and staff members have been preloaded) you will be able to use the password reset feature to reset your credentials. You will enter your email address, and you will be emailed you a link to create a password.

If you were not preloaded into our system, and you receive the error below, please contact Dan (dalexander@nekls.org) so that we can create you an account. Dan will want to know your name, what library you are affiliated with, and what your role is, i.e., staff, friends member, board of trustees.
