Topeka Shawnee County Public Library, Lawrence Public Library, and NEKLS are partnering this fall to take a closer look at introvert inclusion in the workplace (specifically libraries). 

 

Introverts are thought to make up 30% to 50% of our population, but the professional world we are asked to thrive in is often centered around extrovert ideals.
